To make smoothies you need a variety of frozen fruit and milk. Smoothies are easy to make, and they are a healthy drink. They contain fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and water. You can use any milk for smoothies. In this article I am going to share with you some recipes and I use almond milk. The ingredients are displayed in grams. To use grams, you only have to switch pounds to grams (or ML) on your scale.
Once you have all the ingredients you blend everything in a blender and done. You will find some recipes but then you can use your creativity to make your own. Enjoy!
